Who we are

Ravok Fight Night is organised by Ravok Ltd ("Ravok", "we", "our"). We produce charity fight night events across the UK and act as data controller for the information you provide when applying to fight, purchasing tickets, or engaging with our fundraising and marketing teams.

Data we collect

- Application details: name, contact information, experience, charity preferences, medical declarations, and emergency contacts.

- Performance data: camp attendance, fundraising totals, content capture, and fight results.

- Ticketing data: purchase history held by tickets.ravok.co.uk (operated by our ticketing partner).

- Marketing preferences: consent for event updates or partner promotions.

How we use your information

- Assessing applications and allocating you to the appropriate training cohort.

- Delivering required medical and safeguarding checks.

- Coordinating fundraising support, ticket allocations, and event logistics.

- Sharing event highlights where you have consented to marketing or media activity.

- Meeting legal obligations such as health and safety record-keeping and HMRC reporting.

Lawful basis

We process personal data under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (contractual necessity) for fighter onboarding, Article 6(1)(c) (legal obligation) for medical and safeguarding requirements, Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) for running events safely, and Article 6(1)(a) (consent) for optional marketing communications. Special category health data is processed under Article 9(2)(a) with explicit consent.

Sharing your data

We work with specialist partners including medical professionals, accredited boxing coaches, fundraising platforms, marketing agencies, and ticketing providers. Each partner operates under contract and processes data only for agreed purposes. We never sell your details.

Retention

Application and medical records are held securely for up to three years to manage future cohorts and safeguarding obligations. Ticketing information follows our partner's retention schedule. You can request deletion where no legal or contractual requirement prevents it.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email apply@ravokfightnight.com. If you remain dissatisfied, contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
