Conditions of participation
These terms outline what’s expected from Ravok Fight Night fighters before, during, and after each event.
1. Eligibility
Applicants must be 18+ on fight night, live within reasonable travel distance of training venues, and be medically fit to participate. Ravok reserves the right to decline applications without explanation if safety or scheduling concerns arise.
2. Training commitment
You agree to attend the majority of scheduled training sessions, complete medical checks, and follow coaching instructions. Missing multiple sessions may result in removal from the card for safety reasons.
3. Fundraising responsibilities
Fighters commit to raising a minimum of £250 for an agreed charity or community cause. All promotional materials provided by Ravok are to be used responsibly. Funds raised must be paid to the designated charity within two weeks of fight night unless otherwise agreed.
4. Conduct & safeguarding
Professional conduct is expected at training venues, media events, and fight night. Discriminatory behaviour, harassment, or unsafe conduct will lead to removal. Ravok maintains safeguarding and whistleblowing policies which must be respected by all fighters and supporters.
5. Medical and insurance
You consent to medical assessments and the sharing of relevant health information with designated professionals. Ravok provides event insurance, but fighters are encouraged to seek additional cover where appropriate.
6. Media release
By participating, you grant Ravok permission to capture and use photography, video, and audio featuring you for promotional purposes. Additional consent will be sought for brand partnerships or commercial campaigns.
7. Tickets and refunds
Tickets are sold via tickets.ravok.co.uk. All refund, transfer, and upgrade requests are handled by the ticketing platform according to its published policy. Ravok is not responsible for fees charged by third parties.
8. Liability
Combat sports carry inherent risk. By taking part you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety guidance. Ravok is not liable for injuries arising from non-compliance with training or medical advice.
9. Changes & cancellation
Event dates, venues, and fight cards may change due to operational requirements. We aim to provide as much notice as possible. If an event is cancelled, fighters may defer to a future card or request fundraising donations be redirected/refunded where feasible.
