Campus-first guidance on applying, training, fundraising, and partner support across Leeds, all rooted in student campus culture and accountability.
Leeds student application essentials
Apply with your university or college email so we can verify you are a current student, register your chosen charity, and start safeguarding checks that protect the campus culture you represent.
We follow up with an onboarding call that sets welfare expectations, accountability checkpoints, and the schedule for medicals, kit handout, media sessions, and ticket announcements.
Training & welfare around lectures
Expect eight to ten weeks of coached sessions built around lectures and society commitments. Pods are grouped by weight and experience so you can progress without missing seminars.
Ravok manages medical screenings, concussion protocols, ringside doctor and paramedic cover, and £10M public liability insurance so you stay cleared to compete under university safeguarding rules.
Fundraising toolkit built for campus life
Every fighter receives QR codes, editable sponsor decks, and student union event templates that make it easy to launch fundraising pages, society socials, and sponsor outreach.
Fundraising targets start at £200 and the welfare team checks in weekly to keep you accountable while giving you ideas for course mates, alumni, and local supporters.
Partner campuses and nearby support
Students regularly travel from Bradford, Wakefield and Halifax to join the Leeds card. We link you with partner universities and travel pods so you can share transport, fundraising events, and welfare contacts.
Local student unions and campus welfare teams stay looped in so you always have support nearby if lectures, placements, or exams change the plan.
